Description
So that ends the flashback scene! Now you know what exactly was involved in weaponizing Mecha Sally. It explains why her appearance looks so different from Sonic #234 onwards; Eggman fitted her with robotics and incinerated her original parts. So this raises the obvious question: What do you think will happen to Sally in the future?

I don't know if you purposely made Sally's fingers splay out in a "help me!" gesture just as her limbs go into the furnace, but that's the way it came across to me. And the way we can't see if Snively is glaring or completely blase in panels 2 and 3 now has me completely curious about his attitude.

Heh! I like that observation. I've eliminated any form of expression from Mecha Sally, so readers have to interpret her state of mind from other signs. If readers perceive a cry for help in panel 3, it shows they're still connecting with a repressed character.

That same strange thing that every Mobian had, Robotnik was never able to understand, now infected, Snivilily alas.
Wanting him to beg, before he throws the lever, even if he did would despair his fate made clearer.
Even if he did, Eggman, knew not forgiveness, and continued on the sentence.
Of coarse he never did, that strange look on his face, clinging to his picture of Regina.
Eggman, a farce of pondering, unable understanding, pauses hand on chin, and leaves the room again.

I always thought that Snivley and Regina would have ended like this.
Snivley is sitting in his cell, suddenly Regina comes into the room.
Snivley: Regina. darling! you came to free me!
Regina holds up her hands to show she is handcuffed, then moves out of the way as Hope comes in behind her followed by two GUN soldiers.
Hope: Hello "Brother", GUN wants to have a long talk with you two about all the trouble you've caused.
Stunned into silence Snivley falls the to the floor a pounds his fist then his head against the deck knowing his plans have been utterly dashed for good.

I assume Eggman's going to give Sinvely some sort of opportunity to redeem himself in some way, but with a catch no doubt, that or he's going to just taunt and mock his nephew more.

Question. In this universe, can Sonic possibly die? Im imaging him making a sacrifice at somepoint to counter balance Sally's sacrifice.

The way Im playing this whole arc in my head, is that theres an epic battle between Sonic and Eggman. Sally sacrifices herself to save Sonic as Eggman is about to deliver the final blow. He goes soaring across the sky and lands by the Wolf Pack. Lupe and her tribe forcibly drag him away to be legionized. Its a nice payback to when Eggman was going to do the same to her.
Meanwhile, Sally is short circuiting on the ground, where shes missing a couple limbs with a dented face from her attack, and she and Sonic have an emotional moment as her memory returns. Sonic is frantic about how to save her, but Rotor suggests the only option. So Rotor downloads Sally's consciousnesses into NICOLE and we see her ascend to this heaven like cyberspace where NICOLE is seen more godlike. So now, Sally dawns a similar outfit to NICOLE and theyre now dual protectors of Mobius. And to wrap up everything, Snively and Regina live in peace. Lien-Da returns to her home village in tears and begs for forgiveness from the towns people. Elias becomes the new King. Tails becomes Sonic's equal.
But I can be wayyyyyyy off on this so who knows what happens. This is Glitcher's story.

It seems everyone is going the Sally becomes like Nicole route, which makes sense. Though Sally magically getting her limbs back could be a possibility. Maybe Naugus as a ruse, a la Bunnie. Or Geoffrey as an act of redemption or regaining trust (should he learn more magic).
Despite the sad face, it wouldn't shock me if Snively had have some trick up his sleeve, like he did when he was in the gulag.
