Description
The First Xeno-Terran war ruined Us. As the Terrans sat idly by, maintaining their defensive, we, the Staevik were the ones who pushed the offensive. Deep into the heart of Xenos space, as the Terrans listed lazily behind. They allowed us to die. Their inability to aid even their closest allies forced us to create monsters of war. To even the odds. And by the end of it all what happened? The Terrans forgot about us. Left us to rot. Like tools no longer needed by their owner, cast aside and forgotten.When our people were starving, because OUR worlds had been charred, and OUR people drafted to fight THEIR war, we called for help. Hoping that our once greatest allies would look at us, and feel saddened for what they had caused. But instead, they ignored us.
But the weak minded republic of old is now gone. And the people of Staev have risen once again. We are not slaves to anyone. We are the Staevik Union!
And there will be no mercy on our enemies.
I will be making a 1 page comic for each nation Introducing them into the setting.

For my setting.
I'd encourage all other artists who have a faction to make an Introduction image/comic./story of their own, but if you do not want to then it is not necessary.
I encourage other artists to make a nation, or character of their own. The Setting will always need more.

I have to admit, I saw 'Soviet' for about a tenth of a second there at the end of that speech.
Still, I wouldn't mind putting together a short story or something in this setting. So long as I could ask for information about the details.

Ok, couple of questions.
What did colonization start and what is the current year.

Colonial Era technically started off more around 2200 years. It did start in the 2100's but most of the planets colonized were closer to Earth in the core, making them fall under UCR authority. (most. there's a couple exceptions there)
Current date, as stated in the comics is 2773.

Lol. Well hopefully tanks shouldn't be too hard. If it's not explicitly clear yet, the Terrans have been designed off of the Germans to an Extent, and the Staevik the soviets. So I gotta figure out some sort of tank that represents the rounded, yet straight features that the russians have.

Bionically enhanced people are cool for sure. But in this era, where mankind has reached a stanstill on phobias of possibilities and anything non-human, bionically enhanced people to this extent are seen as monsters and cast-outs.

-To an extent of course. In many nations bionics are used commonly for prosthetics. They are viewed in the way people view crippled people today. It's a mix of emotions.
But nobody but the staevik has them or uses them to the extent they do. At the date of this comic at 2754, only 30% of the population was bionically enhanced. At the current date of 2773 however, that number has moved up to 65%. People started to enhance themselves because they saw it as the new 'thing', or to fit in. Leaving the unenhanced population the minority.
And which SIS officer would that be? If it's Thomas, then he's probably the most at risk right now over everyone else.
But I'll get to that when I get to that.

Sounds pretty cool dude, and it was Tommy who was assigned to the Staevik Union by virtue of being one of the only SIS Case Officers with cybernetic replacements. And I'm surprised he's the most at risk, I would have thought it was Callum. Either way, should make for interesting writing.

He might be safer than thomas. there's a reason for this.
The Staevik have implanted control and ID chips into most of it's population. Children get them implanted at birth, and very few of the pop like 2-5% still dont have them. But entering many buildings without an ID chip would tag the person for authorities to come for. So he will probably be the most at risk. However, his bio is largely based in the underground, so that may be whats keeping him alive and off the radar

Unless there's a way to spoof the chip... Might be something to consider as a first story for him. Otherwise he can totally just end up dying horribly in a shootout with the law.
