Reminds me of Halo, but I understand it's harder to come up with unique concepts without inspiration.
Great job overall. It looks like it could realistically be a future outcome for a military uniform, and I like the face cover concept too. : )

These guys of the ones I'm making are probably ones that most obviously look like anything from Halo. The older games were a huge inspiration at where I wanted to set my tech levels at.

There were a few changes made to the armor when I was making these.

Very similar appearances for both types of armor at first, but differences are huge.Β The marine is definitely better protected than the soldier.Β And the Terran armor is better yet.

Terrans use one set of armor across the board (except for SF units) whereas the UCR has a few differences between the two branches. The Marines have taken on a role in the UCR as a shock unit landing first before the army, and for space-boarding operations
