Here's a little piece I got sick of making midway through. So it's kinda finished, but like. . totally also unfinished.

Parts of the Imperial fleet, on their way to war. Two cruisers, two destroyers and a handful of frigates are in this picture.

After the destruction of Fort Helmen, diplomacy had collapsed. Any attempts by the Empire to re-establish any kind of talks had been shut down and the Terrans had mobilized their navy rapidly and had ebgunt he process of deploying them to the Dark marches. The Azen, having a Fort on the edge of the territory: Fort Gaishu; was now under direct threat. Diplomacy was no longer an option, and the aggression by the Terrans could not be ignored. Collecting the fleets from the surrounding areas and systems, they rapidly put together a forward element to hold off the Terran advance until their full armada could catch up to them.

The war was fully upon the Free Colonies. And everyone was holding their breath.
