And so at last does the SatAM/FiM cross-over come to completion, with two characters who may be a bit on the klutzy side, but whose hearts are always in the right place. From the start, this was the note I'd intended to end the series on, and I can only hope you gaiz have enjoyed seeing these pics as much as I did making them. ^_^

No, this time it's pretty squarely SatAM. A lot of people, myself included I must admit, are kind of turned off by Dulcy's childish antics and overdone schtick. I don't hate her as much as others, but I can't say she's a favorite of mine.

...ahhh! I have to admit I was there myself until she "cracked the whip." She seemed to show something resembling mind and character after that, even if the writers couldn't really figure out how to make her matter in the overall plot outside of "transportation that can happen without Sonic around." Ah well.

Yeah, we start delving into the Dragon mythos for one ep and that seemed both interesting AND a good way to develop her character and role in the group...aaaaaaaaaand then it's never heard from again and she's left exactly where she started. lD; But ah well; these days, I like Dulcy well enough for her potential, even if I don't think it was ever fully realized.

yes, especially if you go the dragons like in the movie The flight of dragons. they inflate themselves with helium.

True, but then again, the dragons in "Flight of Dragons" have fairly tiny wings in comparison to their bodies too; the inflating and deflating of their bodies is used for the explanation of how they fly, while the wings are only for control and balance. Maybe Dulcy works on a similar principle?

yeah I like her but I think I can admit, I like big the cat more :3. all I remember from Dulcy is she had a similar voice to suzy carmicheal(sp?) from the rugrats XD.
I think she is like big the cat, a vast majority of fans don't like her and a small percentage do.

She had a similar voice because she was played by the same voice actress, Cree Summers, who also voiced Numbuh 5 from "Codename: Kids Next Door" and Valerie Grey from "Danny Phantom", among others.

I thought so, she sounded too much like suzy to not be the voice actress, though I have encountered quite a few sound alikes. most recent one being Raoul from Monster in paris. I thought he sounded so much like flik from a bugs life but it was a different voice actor.

well both his voice and his personality really reminded me of the little blue ant. they are both clutzy and doofy but really mean well. and they are both inventors, they are just completely different species
yeah the inspectors voice (again as mentioned in the stream) I first thought sounded a bit like John Goodman but not quite.

As noted, I feel it's a little unfair to lump the adorable Derpy in with one of the scrappiest Scrappys to ever scrap. XD Bit I can see why the decision was made, and better this than no Derpy, no?
Besides, she truly is adorable.

I'm not crazy about Dulcy myself, but I kind had to view the pairing in an "all things being equal" fashion, and in that respect, the parallels really are hard to avoid. Besides, it made for an adorable final pic to the series, right? <3
