an old photo of Catherine Zeta-Jones was used as reference for this, because if anyone should ever play Lanfear, it should be her.

Catherine Zeta Jones is a good choice, though I'll admit that she's a little old now. But she was really beautiful back in the first Zorro movie, wow, she would make a great Lanfear looking the way she did back then

yeah - I was thinking of her back in the first Zorro, she was perfect. She's still awesome of course, but like you said, she's a bit older for the part now. Not that it'll ever happen anyway, lol!
(I think the best for the Wheel would be a tv series, but I doubt that'll ever happen either. Too special-effects intensive... But we can still dream...

Yeah, I'm afraid making them into films would be cramming too much into limited time. Unless the film industry is willing to make 14 films for each book, like they're doing with Harry Potter.

nah - even with Potter, it's only the last one they're splitting into half (and a good thing too because I was quite put out that they removed the battle at the end of the 6th one
A tv-series would be the best way to go - they'd still have to cut bits out, but at least we'd get more this way, even if they condensed it to 7 seasons. Maybe HBO will be willing if A Game of Thrones does well?

Catherine Zeta Jones....PERFECT FIT, cool pic as usual. Anatomy can be difficult . I find it so Every body can be so different, they are not all perfectly proportioned and as a sometimes artist I tend to forget that..We can only get better{I Hope}

Sure, I collect the best of the best WOT art and am always looking for more.
As for anatomy, that's part of being an artist. Finding your flaws and working on them to better yourself, yet that is part of being a person too.
It comes with the territory. But in the end when you get it right the victory is all that much sweeter.
