Updated Aug. 2015Serious Mr. Darcy and witty Miss Bennet are my most beloved fictional couple. I've liked them since primary school, when I saw a play of Pride and Prejudice the older kids put together. I drew them for the first time in 2006, so you see, they were overdue for a makeover.

I absolutely love this. It looks much better than the old one. I love how you did the candles, keeping it light around there, but not making the room as light as the other one, and the contrast of the darkness of the room to the window light that is streaming in looks fabulous. I also love that you added more detail to their outfits, as the shading on the last one looked a little odd, but this looks far more natural. Their faces, too, look less anime-ish.
