I love the picture, but I think that skin looks kinda unnatural with it partly textured, and then smooth on another part. Evening it out a little more around the face would be better, I think
The neck looks good by itself, and the hair is awesome, with just a few tweaks on definition.

Humm...
1. Hair is perfect. Skin... well the texture usely shows up in lighter part of the face... so thereΒ΄s a lot still missing.
2. The eyebrowns are a little too low...
3. Nothing wrong with the tone.
Extra. The tattoo... If itΒ΄s supossed to glow... then give it some blur in the edges... if it isnΒ΄t supossed to glow... add a a darker color... the way itΒ΄s at the moment looks weird (left cheek specialy).

I will work on the texture of the skin and will revise the eyebrows. I wasn't sure if they were well placed... Regarding the markings, do you mean changing them completely to a dark colour? Or adding a little dark edge so they have depth?

As always, this looks totally awesome. I love the texture of the hair and the many different colours in it as well as the markings^^.
Only one tiny thing bothers me. While his chin looks stubbly and I have the impression you could see the pores there, the rest of the skin looks very smooth... maybe you could harmonize that a bit more. Anyway it looks wonderful^^

How can this possibly be a speed painting? It's amazing! I love the detail in the hair and how smooth the skin looks. The hair looks a little thin, and the markings look metallic, but that last bit may have been intentional. It might help to just thicken the hair somewhat, but it looks really good!

Speed painting is very freeing. I enjoyed it lots and was very surprised with the results. Now, this one has a layer of refinement, that's why the skin is smooth in some places and not so in others...
I will work on improving the hair.
