Let's not delve too much on the poor state of my mental health, but I wanted to draw something to cheer myself up, so I decied to draw this guy from Percy-McMurphy 's comic, he's just a backround character but I love his design so much.
I'm primarily a character designer so when I see so many cool, varierd BG characters that also stay consistent trough; I go goo goo eyes.

I gave him the cape dog tail bc I saw him eating it in one of the latest page uploads and idk I found it really funny.
