To make my icons transparent, I just upload the image to sta.sh and use the magic want tool, it's easier.

I have a question,I can't get it transparent though,I followed the instructions but i didn't seem to work?

you just click on the green area of the icon when you upload it to iaza and have chosen the transparant, then you click convert at the bottom and it should be transparant when you save it
