The habitat dome is one of the largest 'outdoor' spaces that the Spire has. (Assuming you discount the actual literal outdoors of the featureless expanse of the pocket dimension, anyway.)

The space is mostly dedicated to park and garden areas, but there are also several buildings; a few private homes (for park caretakers), a gallery space, a public bathhouse, and some apartment and viewing towers.

Pretty happy with how the shading came out on this one!

As for logistics...

I haven’t completely settled on a definitive scale for the Spire; my thoughts might change with future research. But for my current thinking, the habitat dome (visible at the top of the Spire ) is approximately two miles (3.2 km) in diameter.

So... needless to say, I’m not kidding when I describe the place as enormous! If it was built on Earth in real space, it would reach well into the stratosphere. It was meant to be able to support a city’s worth of people in a pinch–which means not only living spaces, but a lot of infrastructure and agricultural space. Plus open air and simulated outdoor spaces for flying folk and general mental health.
