Does this process work if you don't want to use animated gifs? Β But just wanting to make stamps without photoshop? I have photodraw so I wonder if I can make stamps with it...

You can use a program such as FireAlpaca if you don't want to use Photoshop.
All you have to do is open your stamp template,and your image then resize it to the same measurements as your stamp template ,copy and paste it in the same tab as your template and drag the image so it's below your template layer.
Then just save as a transparent png image.

Pixels aren't something u can follow step by step tho haha
You just do them like any other drawing; there's no trick to them c:
Sketch > lineart > colours > shading > color the lines
