It seems like a lot of people in this community don't really know what to make of this tab, or if they do they don't really utilize it, so I thought I'd break it down super simple

making sure this tab is organized can be really important. If not excessively so, then at least for peace of mind. Idk about you, but it drives me nuts when i have to scroll to see all the groups (and most of them don't even have anything in them. they just accumulate from editing). And apparently if you have too many groups, it can lag your model to the point of not opening in MMD (wasn't aware it was this severe until recently, but wtv)
really there aren't any downsides to going in and organizing ya junk. It's not hard at all; takes a total of like, 5 minutes

edit: ok so if facials don't appear in the facials group, you don't have to index paste them. you learn smth new every day lol. The upper drop-down with "モーフ" (morph) next to it should have those in there. looks like you can separate your facials into different groups too, if you want. it also looks like the lower drop-down of the two below it allows you to filter which morphs you see in the main one. So if you want a group with just mouth facials, you can just speed them all in instead of sifting through trying to find stuff. Idk about the upper one, tho. And if you click the left check box beneath the bone menu, it lists the Category-7 and 9 bones (invisible ones). no clue what you would use that for. idk what the one next to it means, either
