Best by far. Has that unique quality of the WoW Dark theme by Nale, yet better.

Very high quality finish and works well with the Universal Access > Text Small option (with only a minor glitch with the clock and tray.

Thank you. Yes I like the WoW theme as well.

Will you get chance to fix the Universal Access > Text Small option in a future update?

Try changing that setting yourself and see the minor glitch it causes. Pretty sure that using 'em' sizing should make everything scale proportionally but this problem may be caused by an image used in the theme.

half-left In reply to ta-wan [2011-08-22 13:55:56 +0000 UTC]

What glitch? Seems to look OK to me.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

ta-wan In reply to half-left [2011-08-23 07:36:05 +0000 UTC]

The Notification Area and the Clock have an image behind them and when you use the Small Text option these images poke about a pixel down beneath the bottom of the panel.

I'm using the theme just like that and it's not anything bad. Odd you don't see it so maybe just me. I'll do a screen shot and post back if I remember.

It's not something I can really fix because it's most likely the padding. If I fixed it for small text, it wouldn't look good with normal text.

Try this in the gnome-shell.css file:

/* Panel */

#panel {

padding-bottom: 6px;
}

try different padding values like 5px, default is 4px;

ta-wan In reply to half-left [2011-08-24 10:02:31 +0000 UTC]

padding-top: 0.2em;
padding-bottom: 0.6em;

This seems like a balance but there is a discrepancy between small and normal text.

ta-wan In reply to half-left [2011-08-24 08:18:55 +0000 UTC]

Yeah will look thanks. This is why I was mentioning using 'em' not 'px' as it would scale accordingly.
