EDIT: I NO LONGER HAVE ANY MMD MODELS OR LINKS NOW DUE TO A COMPUTER CRASH. I DO NOT USE MMD ANYMORE. I also haven't been online of following what's new in MMD in almost three months, which means, I probably can't help anyone find them now. I'm very sorry . . .Most of the Hetalia models that I have acquired up to now. (There will be a second part to this soon with the Nyotalia's and the Mochis and whatever else is in the folder.)
WHY you ask. I WAS THAT BORED.
Before you ask, no will not trade or give you any of these models, but I can attempt to put you in contact with the people that actually can.
Also, I will update this with a list of who these models actually are tomorrow (maybe). I will also be continuously updating with who made these models until I have credited everyone. (If you see your model here or know who it belongs to, please comment and tell me so that I may credit them.)
EDIT: Okay, here's the list of the models shown here. (Please note that these are not the official names for most of them, but are names so that you will recognize the model at a glance. . . . Somehow that didn't sound like proper grammar, but you get the point.)

Self-explanatory, I hope.
Note: Models marked with a (*) are better quality than they appear here. (i.e. Hungary’s face isn’t as strange looking as it appears and Turkey isn’t as blurry.) To get all the variations of each model to fit in one picture in MMD, the frame had to be zoomed out slightly and the picture stretched and re-sized in Paint.
Model credits coming soon, along with part two featuring Mochis, Nyotalia, and the Gakuen cast, among others.
EDIT: I now have the links for both roco's and zeze's sites. If you want the links to get to their sites, YOU MUST NOTE ME. (Note: I will NOT give you passwords for roco's models. Those you must either figure out on your own or go ask someone else.) I can also link you a video tutorial to get hana's models on your own.
EDIT AGAIN: I realized when I was crediting these just now that I forgot to include Greece! *slams head against table* Stupid stupid stupid!!!! Greece fangirls, you may now attack me . . .

Yes, of course! Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. I've not been on DA in almost three months . . . I think I'm going to take this down soon, anyway. I don't have any of the models anymore, and I don't use MMD now.

I really don't know anymore . . . I don't have the link anymore, but I think he was updated recently. Searching around for images up him in the "newcomers" section of the Hetalia MMD groups might yield some results. Other than that . . . My MMD and PMD stopped working correctly recently, so I haven't been able to work with them for a while, and I've lost track of a lot of things.

But please don't help people to get the models by illegal actions, like trading for example.

I try to send people to the original links, or to people who might have them. (Like )I don't keep up with the Hetalia models quite the way I used to . . . Now, though, I'm trying to find out which ones are no longer in distribution so I can look for good models of those character that the fans have made. (For example, made some AMAZING Italy's, and there's a great Sweden floating around somewhere.)
I mostly made this picture to see what model I actually had . . . And now I have others I have to add to the list . . . XP Seems like no sooner do I think I'm caught up, someone releases a new model . . .

I said what i said because there is a lot of people who trades hetalia models... that's sad, because because of that people some modelers are angry and they don't want to give out their new works... i understand them... i would do the same :T

I do know a few people who shared/traded models . . . But they've slowed down/stopped now, mostly.

On a slightly different note, do you know if it's all right to put up a download of models that is password protected and/or private, with no intention of redistribution, but as a backup and case something happens and you lose your models? I ask because my computer has been acting up, and I worry that it might not make it until Christmas when I can get an external hard drive to store them on. O_O

Oh dear . . . I'm glad I got them before that . . . O_O (I also just found out the France model has a slider to put his hair in a ponytail . . . Unrelated, but interesting. I like using France, but I've never played with his sliders much. :3 Made me smile.)

I actually looked up the song after reading this comment. I like it! (I only know it was Arrest Rose Len because of a model that someone made.) Gakupo is my favorite. I love his voice. I finally heard his Whisper voice the other day . . . *melts* Heh . . . Anybody got a mop?

Okay, France is a little bit tricky, since Hana has restricted him to only being downloadable for Japanese users, but there IS a way to get him. It is a bit time consuming and you have to be pretty dedicated to get him.
First thing's first, though. You computer's locale MUST be set to Japanese so it doesn't completely scramble the file name and cause you a lot of heartache. You'll have to look up how to do that since I don't know what model of brand of computer you have. (Which reminds me, I need to look that up again myself.
