this picture was weird. i looked at it and i couldnt figure out what it was a picture of for a while....i thought it was a live action pokemon. and i was confused then i realized it was bomb repelant outfit on a solider....oh i was special took me a full m minute trying to figure out what was goin on in here....

For those of you that don't know, Chris was killed March 3rd, 2008 in a helicopter crash in Iraq, less than a month before he was scheduled for release (from what I understand).

80 pounds ... Nope.. No need to run. We have an explosive ordnance disposal unit on my Air Force base back home -- we let high school kids come there on field trips, let them blow crap up and have them do a pushup contest with that suit on ... Fun times are had by all!

Hah! We landed in Mosul too late to have any useful sunlight left to take good shots. I ended up stealing my buddy's video tripod to rest my camera on to snap a few pictures... It's ok - I'm waiting up by Baghdad Intl for my trip to the International Zone ...
