A drawing of my favorite X-man, Kurt Wagner. He's just rescued a baby from some hideous fate. He is styled after the original Nightcrawler, because I think that is the personality that fits him best. Plus, the funky outfits are amazing.Related content

you cant expect anything less then him i mean if an x-men going to save a baby's life it has to be kurt or it wont have any emotion at all, man x-men is really empty without him....

I really love this piece. Not only does it make me smile, but it does remind me of is true character. He's the only reason that I've been reading and of the X titles for more than 30 years, and his absence is greatly missed.

I am the same. I read the comics specifically to see Nightcrawler. I will resume reading the comics when they bring him back. However, they were massacring his personality in some of the more "edgy" and modernized story lines, so perhaps his current incarnation needed to perish in order for the old Kurt we know and love to make a resurgence.
