At last, part 9!
Not much dialogue. In my mind it worked fine without it.
The chariot does have two pegasus ponies pulling it. I forgot at first and didn't want to change angles to something more cluttered, so... Only way you can really tell is by the wing harness in the first panel (implies a second half).
Part 10 to come shortly, it's not much other than the obvious pre-Chrysalis event yet to happen.

I like the idea of Celestia encouraging their love for the safety of Equestria! Bit dramatic, but always best to have safeguards in place when dealing with alicorns.

...I don't think the Newborn Cuties actually had such bad face shapes, just the cheeks and foreheads were a little too bulgy, the mouths moved really strangely and their ears were too far in, plus everything apart from their faces... Yeah. Creepy!
I think my Cadence looks fine in comparison.
