So if you're following comicsgate at all, a new artist just joined the group! His name is Doug TenNapel, and he's the creator of properties like Earthworm Jim and Catscratch. I thought that was pretty cool, so I got some of his graphic novels at the library. This guy is from a book that he made called Ghostopolis. I tried to use foreshortening on this, and I think it's better than my previous attempt with Hachiman. What do you guys think?

I found his style to be really interesting, so I thought I would try to emulate it. I even used a brush to ink it instead of fineliner pens like I usually do. I've gotta say, using a brush to ink definitely is an eye opener. You have a lot more control over the lines, and I think it puts more life in the drawing. So yeah, I'd do it again.
