Well, it looks like that thot patrol drawing was the straw that broke the camel's back. Violence is back in style, baby. That's the titular joke! Get it, because it's what I used to draw all the time, and street violence is old fashioned too... please laugh. Please? Hey, you can't be soft when you've got competition around. I think that's what I was missing. Never get too comfortable with art, that's when you lose sight of the strive for excellence!

Anyway, story wise, there's a bit of continual lore here. Remember that gang that Joe and Dan were goin' after? Of course, in one reality, they managed to kill Joe (see, I told you there was more to it) but in this one, they got tired of the police's incompetence and took matters into their own hands, as in any good noir film. As you can see, they were smuggling some drugs. What kind? G Fuel- I mean, cocaine. That's a lot of money!

Art-wise, I wanted to make sure I got the impact of the punch across, so I used lineart this time. Lines are better for that sort of thing, I think. I actually used my animation style here, if you can tell! Naturalistic, and affected by gravity! Love it. When the figures have weight, that's the real kino. Rim lighting too of course, I love that too. Man, it looks so cooooooooooool! That's another thing my art's been missing, the cool factor. Sad! Well, not anymore, my bros.

I think my landscape drawing was too much of a challenge (because who wants to draw that, honestly... is it even possible?) so I'm putting this one out here too just in case. Composition wise it's probably more complex, but it's got people™! So it might be more enjoyable to draw something like it. Speaking of that, I'm gonna force myself to take a break for the rest of the week. I drew three things today, and did a bunch of paintings recently... that's way too much. I think my art is good enough for what I'm going for, so I should probably level up some other skills too. That, and my arm hurts. No correlation, I'm sure!
