Joe tried to tell him, but he didn't listen. Now he has to deal with it. I'm not one to advocate for crying, but in a very small number of circumstances, it's okay. Dan: Go away!
Joe: So she finally ghosted you, huh? That online girl you were with.
Dan: ...

And think about it this way. It's better that you got treated this way now as opposed to later. Imagine getting a divorce and losing half your assets in addition to getting your heart ripped out.

Joe: Why are you worried about that? You're only 24, you've got plenty of time left.
