how do you paint with someone? Or more precisly, how to you divide work? Is it something like one person does line work, other color, or what?

We got stages in our workflow we can do both if needed.
For this oneshot plan was like:

You know... this almost looks like cel-shaded 3D characters, but the details are too good for me to think it is 3D. Good expressions on their faces. It is interesting when the characters start out with an eventful past.
