Description Some practice I did last night.

For the record: used a reference for Flamon's pose and Lobomon because it's my first time drawing either of them.

And yes, Koji is a derp.

Yeah, sometimes it can get very messy. But I usually shade in blocks, so that generally helps.

They are Faber Castell anime/manga/cartoon (Don't know how you'd classify them) pens. I have shades of greys, and two different colored sets.

I am a fan of the colder grays myself, I don't care for the slight brown tones that the warmer ones have. They seem muddy to me.

Try Copic sketch markers- they come in definitive warm and cool tones- are a bit more expensive but very nice and last. And they have color refill cartridges.

They're fabulous, They do take some getting used to but they're really fantastic pens.
