Description
**Update 2**This is a fairly old tutorial. I may remake it if anyone requests me to. If not, it still works fine, just an old tutorial.
**Update**
The pre-installed brushes are there for me as I have GIMP 2.8. Earlier versions might not have these brushes. But you can just use a small round fuzzy brush instead. (might not be as quick but
This had the most votes so far so I decided to make it.
This is the simplest way I've found to do splashes on GIMP without having to download anything as the brushes mentioned are pre-installed.

Which version of GIMP do you use? I checked mine, which is 2.6, and none of the brushes you mentioned were there
Though this tutorial gave me a good idea with dealing with splashes, which is good ^_^

Oh it might be because I have 2.8. I wasn't aware that other versions might not have it.
But I'm glad the tutorial gave you an idea.

Neat-o idea, I have trouble with splashes. Bad part is, I don't have a single one of those brushes.

Really? They should be there if you have GIMP.

That's weird... well you can always do it with a normal brush. Just make it smaller and draw little dots.

Hehe, yea guess I'll have to do that. I have no idea really how people use stock images, it never works out for me.

Thanks Although when I'm too lazy, I just do it with a splash brush on photoshop.XD
