a value study.eh while not the most remarkably interesting piece, i did work on it for a while-- so why not post it?

ummm... the message is just kinda... i dunno something about like how lame and mundane life can be (with the to-do list) and how "fun" is crossed out (meaning it never happened)
and then something about the pills and the alcohol, in the mid ground
and then the concept of death in the background
like the foreground leads to the mid-ground which leads to the background
(no fun, must go to drinking and taking pills, then to death)
and the clocks, i dunno
in any case, i didn't put too much thought into it

i kind of like the concept of things that can be interpreted uniquely to each different person,
like i recently played this video game called "shadow of the colossus" and it's story was like that
it like wasn't set in stone, but there was a general story, but you could interpret it however you wanted

thats cool. when people ask me what im drawing or what is it gonna be i always say i dont know, its up for interpretation or what do you think? cause its more fun that way.
i had this one teacher that thought all art had hidden (evil, mostly) meanings behind it and i was like yeah, i think you can stretch it to that, but some art isnt that like that and it could be totally different. he did not get it.

yeah. he was showing us pics of a postmodern building ans was like its all evil and pointless and a bad philosophy and was like i dont agree with everything postmodern, but i think there are things to be learned from it and we dont have to just be like its all worthless crap! grrr. maybe we could jsut appreciate it and leave it be. ~venting...
