“Damn, you look, smoking sis,” April complemented, snapping another picture with her new sister.

“Right back at you,” Patrick replied. “Couldn’t have done it without you.”

April now lived in another state, but the distance couldn’t keep the close siblings apart. Every month Patrick would visit his older sister and spend a couple of days with her, reconnecting and relaxing. This trip, however, didn’t start too well.

While flying into her city, the airline lost Patrick’s luggage. To make things worse was the storm that raged outside, drenching both Patrick and April. Shivering, they arrived back at April’s apartment; Patrick dried off as his sister offered some of her clothes to him to wear temporarily. What started as a pajama party turned into a total makeover. As Patrick was without clothes, he’d have to borrow April’s and wanted to feel the part. It was only day two of their trip, and any source of masculinity from Patrick is nowhere to be seen as he admires himself in the mirror and April’s handwork on his transformation. Now Patrick isn’t shivering because he’s cold but from excitement.
