I really like this Proton design. So many possibilities for paint schemes! Dear steampunk costumers: Lose the Maverick. It's time for Proton sidearms. :3I missed a few spots with the black base coat, and for some reason, the Bulldog and Hammered Metallic is still tacky after 24 hours. I'm not going to be spending a shitload of time with this one, it's just a costume piece for a costume party in 2 weeks. However, you can clearly see that there are some really fun details you can highlight on this gun if you want to make a better looking steampunk sidearm.

Thanks! Yeah, it still fires discs, I didn't do any internal mods, just took it apart to paint and then put it back together again.

Yeah the Maverick is a perfect retro-futuristic Victorian style steampunk design, it's just that it's become pretty overused.
