She wanted a piece featuring her and her man's DnD characters being badasses, so I was happy to comply. It took me a loooong time to finish it, but I'm happy with how it came out! And it certainly helps when the designs you're provided are already super excellent.

I love colours in this one, really balances each other! I see how good design helps, both of them fit in perfectly. But that's also a phenomenal skill of yours to make that work : )
Cool action poses; did you think about adding blurs when you do them? Sometimes it adds dynamic, but sometimes it looks weird.

Um, I didn't actually think about that (which is weird, because I put motion blur on the lightning)--I could try it but, yeah, I'd be worried it'd look a little weird in this particular piece. What is it about motion blurring that can go either way??

Well, maybe it doesn't work when you blur one thing and then it looks too contrast with the still surrounding. Or when you try to blur everything, but not the small parts that need it. Or a certain blur(there are so many!) I guess this needs more study on well blurred work, haha!
