Download for more details, if you like!Another old picture remade--kind of as a speedpaint, but it ended up taking a lot longer than I expected (around 5 and a half hours). I got swept up!
Here's the older piece, for anyone curious. I changed an awful lot, really, but mainly because I wanted to stray from the Soul Calibur theme and make something more dynamic and realistic. It still technically features Cecelia, my SC character, but in a better outfit and with a proper weapon. I greatly prefer this version, haha.
Still getting the hang of lighting, but I'm really liking this style--I've always clicked with cross hatching and it turns out it can look really nice in paintings. More to come!
