Description
Here's a revised symbol sheet for my Neo Redux blanks. You'll find all of the types I use, as well as a few custom types (Cosmic, Sound, and Cyber) just for fun.EDIT (6/21/2013): Updated with new(ish) symbols!

These symbols are great.
I was wondering, are they available in a higher resolution? If so, would I have your permission to use them in a Pokemon/Magic: the Gathering set I'm looking to make?

You're right, and the ones you've got already look amazing. I really want to see a Rock/Ground mon with those symbols on it. The duality of rock being pointing upwards and ground downwards is pretty clever.

I'll put it on the to-do list! Reason I haven't done it yet is to save some Kanto 'mons for the end, as it seems to be what many like to see best.

If you want some suggestions of newer Pokémon... I'd love to see more Poison, Bug and Ghost types. I love your custom textures/symbols for those! If you're going for Bug, Mothim is one of my favorites.

Can you make it where there aren't the little green pixels around it?

Are you using Photoshop to open the PSD file? If you are, there shouldn't be any pixels around the symbols.

I think that...
Poison should be a skull and crossbones
Ghost should be a "Blinky" ghost
Dragon should be a Dragon head
Light should be a sun
Cosmic should be a planet

Actually, I'm currently in the process of redesigning the Poison symbol, and a skull and crossbones is one of the possible options. It's just hard to make it look simple enough for a type symbol while keeping it obvious -- and there's the problem of making something that looks good on a 24-pixel symbol.
I actually changed the symbol for Ghost but have yet to update any of my deviations. I based it on Morty's Fog Badge. [link]
A dragon head was one of the options I made before setting on the wing. I found it was too similar to Poison and Bug (both heads themselves). I haven't made many Dragon cards, though, so a redesign is a possibility.
Light...is a sun already. There's only so many ways you can make a cartoon sun look like something that could fit in the Pokémon TCG.
A planet is an interesting idea, but how would you differentiate it from a circle? I thought using a shooting star would be a good way to symbolize the "space" aspect, while keeping it interesting. A planet isn't as interesting or distinct a shape.
