Description
While the inert remains of the black slime are still quite dangerous for their addictive properties and the impacts that devouring such a substance can have upon one's body, these effects can be easily avoided simply by refraining from ingesting such fattening filth. However, this becomes easier said than done when it comes to the still living black slimes that can be found in the deepest recesses of the world.

Thankfully many will not come across such miserable creatures as they are both rare and tend to stay put where they are in their hidden lairs. Black slimes prefer dark environs to make their homes in, possibly in order to better blend in with their surroundings, and thus are most often found at the bottom of seas or deep within the sprawling caverns that can be found twisting and winding beneath mountain peaks. Fortunately this makes them mostly inaccessible to all but the most daring of hunters and adventurers, but unfortunately this also means that help is unlikely to arrive should one's encounter with a black slime go terribly awry...

And here is the colored version of my drawing for Octummber2k20's 17th prompt, "Dripping!" Seems this poor vampire bat sorceress has greatly underestimated the resilience of her slimey foe, even against a magic user as powerful as her, and is paying quite a weighty price... Perhaps she'll find some way to overcome her gooey foe, or perhaps she'll fail and the slime will have itself a nice new home...

Don't really consider these to be accurate colors for this character, just wanted to color it to better distinguish her chins from the background.
