I think the bipedal ness is cool it makes them a little taller then giga ducks.

This is pretty good. Btw what monitor lizard did you use as a common ancestor?
Also one of the artists wanted to create an island that is occupied by reptiles. These guys could work perfectly. The island is in the Caribbean
