I don't know if I plan to continue with this drawing or not... it may be just a little too silly to spend a lot of time on. It's kinda obvious that I was just looking for an excuse to draw the pose, and you can see that it was a lot more cartoony at first... as I tightened up the initial rough that badonkadonk had to come in a good deal.

In addition, I don't know if I really want to get into the background that I have roughed out for this... it involves big circles drawn in perspective, and a lot of them, and circles in perspective are a lot of trouble if you don't set them up right at the very start. I have some tricks to shortcut that, but I'm still waiting on my computer to return to the land of the living. With my current setup I'd have to do it all the old-fashioned way... which would be good practice, but ugh... I'd like it to be worth it.

So yeah... I dunno. I imagine that she's gone to the trouble of hanging herself in midair like that to avoid stepping on a pressure plate or trap of some sort... I imagine she's got partners that are handling the whole block-n-tackle setup, but there must be one heck of a treasure at stake to go to this much effort. The lock in question would probably be keyed normally by some sort of sphere that resembles an eye in the face there, but without it she's got to do what a thief does, and she's got the tools to do it.
