You know, some people don't think hard enough with incredible works from today's era and suggest if they do beat the classics. Not just adaptations or long-awaited sequels, but also original pieces of media and even works unknown to most of society. It takes time for things to become a classic and eventually, most of us will fondly look back at these pieces and see not only how much they accomplished that the classics couldn't reach, but will be grouped with them as well as we envy how the future's products are inferior to today's masterworks. Despite entertainment these days being burdened with inferior works, there's still a handful of great pieces to admire as we overlook many gems and conclude the present with infamy for delivering this garbage. As I've said with years, all time periods are like this and this means that more classics are being born to this very day, whether boosted by a cult following or creating lightning strikes right now.

Oh, and I have nothing against the past. I do really appreciate many old works, but I also love a lot of modern media as equally as those back in the day.
