This is complete redesign of his OC Guilt
Original picture: [link]

This took longer than I liked, mostly due to it being put on the back burner to other projects.
But I got it done and I like it.

Also FYI the picture in the upper right is the right side of Guilt's face, her eyes are different colors and to add to the duality I made her ear-ring the opposite color as the one on the left side.

You're welcome She was fun to do and yeah she is very pretty.
I made sure to have the little panel in the upper right to show that her eyes are different.

As that was the only real feature of your original picture.

The dis-symmetry was carried over to her ear-rings and her wings you'll notice.

how do you draw like that anyway?

I use Incscape, it's a free Vector art program.

As for how I do it I do a rough sketch on paper, usually just the body and head.

And then using that as a reference I do it in Incscape. Then I design hair, the horn, tail, eyes and everything else right there.

It's usually a random thing.
Like for hair I just design random hair-styles and pick the one I like best.

It all depends on how you learn, see the only way I learn is by actually doing it.

I never used tutorials, I'm completely self taught.

But my suggestion is to trace over bases, just as a way to practice. Finding out how to do curves and such.

Also make sure to study other peoples work, see how they do things.

Use reference photos to compare your work with. I normally have 1-3 surrounding my main piece in Incscape.

And don't be afraid to cut corners, you'd be surprised as what mistakes you can cover with things like hair or clothing.

And don't be afraid to experiment with different styles to find one that works for you.
