Well she was pretty much mutilated, hacked to pieces by a hatchet. Hence the every-which-way stitch marks all over her body.

A asylum matron by the name of Alberga Howls. Howls was later found in reports, dead with the reports of forced suffocation- an aftermath of Slender's wrath.

Not by blood but psychic/telepathic wise. They are linked in mind (kinda like a hive mind) and can feel each other's pain when wounded.

Ah.
Some of the powers they have are similar
-Teleportation
-Sensing people within an range or area
-Telepathy
-Black tendrils from the back.

Although Ally's is slightly weaker version of Slender's powers (and more feminine in appearance in the tentacles)
