Yay! Black Shuck! One of my favorite mythical beasties. I like how they don't seem to be evil here. Lol. People seem to forget sometimes not all the legends about these dogs are bad. I've read there are myths of them watching over women and children while they make their way home.

The artwork is pretty much final, tho I may need to alter colour and composition a bit. I think the text is goin for some re-drafts too. Tis not my text.

I love this style. It reminds me of some of my favorite books as a child.
Two things caught my attention though:
1: the lower left corner of the page; the border image obscures the text, just switch the two so the text is on top of the image
2: Yep, I read through the text, and on the right-hand side of the page, line 7 has a typo; "ever" should be "every", I think....
