Had someone bash me today over the same gender love issue. So, I'm going to say this as plain as I can.Yes, I'm "bi," in that I don't find my ability to love or be attracted to someone is constrained by gender.
THIS DOES NOT MEAN:
1.) That I am a slut. Being "bi" is not a license to be able to screw MORE people, I am monogamous regardless of gender.
2) That I am in a phase. My Barbies were kissing when I was twelve, while Ken was "elsewhere." My first kiss was a girl. And I'll tell ya somethin... GIRLS KISS A LOT BETTER THEN GUYS.
3.) That I want you, or ANYONE to hit on me because I find women equally attractive as men.
4.) That I use "girl/girl" interactions to lure guys. No thanks, those kinds of guys aren't worth the fifteen seconds it takes to let them down.
And MOST importantly...
5.) THAT I AM IN NEED OF SAVING. I do not care what religious, societal, or personal beliefs you have where my choices are concerned. You are entitled to your beliefs, just as much as I em entitled to make the conscious choice to IGNORE you if you feel the need to cram those beliefs down my throat. Go somewhere else, you can't fix me, change me, or save me. I am who I am, and I am at peace with it.
Let me be happy, and leave me alone.
