Hi,
I really loves your Patterns, and would love to try them out. May I ask: for the cat, are the size of the pieces fΓΌr A4? Or ist it better when I print the Body extra, the feets extra and the Hand extra?
ANd, I'm really sorry for the many questions ^^', is it okay if I may ask where did you get the fabric?
Thank you and nice greetingz

They actually aren't. If you print the patterns out, you can make them as big as you want, but make sure that they're right size with each other....dang, this is quite hard to explain. XD

I've made a black, blue and silver raptor from your pattern here. I made sure to give you credit for the pattern.Β katie-may-sews-stuff.deviantarβ¦
Your patterns are really nice, by the way; they look *really* good without being too complicated to put together. I'm working on a larger raptor and a monstrously fluffy cat from your patterns, too.

Question. How do you go about attaching the back legs on the dino's? I cant really see how it works :S
π: 0 β©: 1
IsisMasshiro In reply to Riftmainpulator [2014-03-19 09:07:17 +0000 UTC]
The most simple way is just sew the ready legs on the sides of the torso, form their upper parts.

The raptor is AWESOME. If I get the right colours I might try to edit the cat a bit to make a raccoon, is that ok?

Thank you. And if you planning to sell those, try to make your own patterns first.

alright i have never made my own pattern before but i will try. For a cat, can i get ideas from yours? like i said, idk how to exactly make a pattern...but i will make it different to yours as possible. if it turns out right, i will try to sell them, if they dont, i will try again and try not to copy yours. Is that fine?

IsisMasshiro In reply to AnimeForever225 [2013-01-05 19:59:15 +0000 UTC]
You can get ideas, but please, don't copy my patterns straight. It was hard work to make those and when I did publish them in here, I didn't get any money of it.

THANK YOU! I've always wanted to make my own plushies/stuffed animals ever since I was a kid but could never find any good patterns. I'm getting a sewing machine soon, for the soul purpose of making my own stuffed animals and I will definatly be using these!

For the velociraptor plushie, how are the legs attached? Do you sew them separately, and then attach them to the finished body?
π: 0 β©: 1
IsisMasshiro In reply to SoulOfSplendor [2012-03-22 16:20:12 +0000 UTC]
Those are simple sewed on the body, from their up-part.
The legs were at first sewed ready separately

I'll have to try these out sometime.. my son LOVES dinosaurs, and seeing the results of these patterns, it's pretty amazing! The only patterns I have for dinosaurs are super simple, unrealistic and very "old school" plush style. Love this though!

so this speeks for it's self? and easy to assemble? I made one, it was small. and came down with the derps.
π: 0 β©: 1
IsisMasshiro In reply to Kuwaizair [2012-02-08 17:24:20 +0000 UTC]
Kinda yes, because I'm not good at explaining stuff into English.
Normally patterns are small when they're printed out. I don't know how I would make big printable patterns without cutting them into pieces.

Kuwaizair In reply to IsisMasshiro [2012-02-08 19:02:53 +0000 UTC]
i was thinking of finding someone to help me do that with mine. or the "wrong" recreation of retired plush shapes. but i am bad at explaning.
it is hard to explain "put slot a, to tab b. twist piece c around so it hugs 3. sew e,c, b and a to gether.
i don't know how to read pattens anyway.

Yea, I have the same problem. That's why I tend to make my own patterns so I could understand even those.
