Description
Lately, a lot of people have been asking me how I edit my photos, so I decided to make a tutorial. It's rather simple and I hope that those of you who wondered what I do to my photos will find it useful.
EDIT: In the third step I forgot to write filter>blur>gaussian blur
If you use this tutorial it'd be nice if you credited me. Also, feel free to post links to your photos edited with the help of this tutorial, I'd love to see them
Thank you for the DD

This is a nice tutorial, but I think it should be titled something along the lines of a "Fantasy Photo Filter" or something instead. Thanks for sharing this!

I've always wondered how to get that "dreamy" look. I even named it the "dreamy look" on my new years resolution notebook. By the end of 2010 I'm supposed to master it so thank you so much for this tutorial. It's a great help.

In CS3 you have to right click the layer and there it is at the bottom, if it's different in CS5 I'm afraid I can't help you.
