Yes a pity, they have this wealth of classic characters, but they just give us vapid new bloods instead.

One of the worst things they did was bring up some interesting character's and a new evil organization I believe in Revelation's only to drop EVERYTHING in that game in RE6 as nothing nor anyone in that game were mentioned or showed up again, and WHERE THE HELL IS JILL I heard absolutely nothing on her or her fate in RE6 or with Shiva from how RE 5 ended, how the hell did Chris fall into depression so fast without either confronting him (Only new character I liked in RE 6 was Pries and they at least had the decency to kill him off in the end then throw him down the hole)

Hell instead of Chris they could have used Carlos again or even Billy either would have fit well in BBSA SOA unit being former military and it would have been cool watching their chemistry with Pries too, Hell Helena could have been replaced by Sherry, while we sent a Badass Rebecca with Jake (veteran teaching a rookie how to take care of business)

In truth the villains in RE 6 are proof that killing off and  mentally worfing their series Chessmaster Wesker in RE 5 was a dumb decision as both villains are just so James Bond villain stupid and hammy (Derek, what's with the artist of this series, Everyone who looks like Derek in the series is bloody obviously evil) or outright creepy (Carla, Give her points for being Alexia creepy) especially their attraction towards Ada who's is righteously grossed and creped out (Grossed out by Derek and creped out by Carla)

True that, Resident Evil's become an embarrassment, Dragon's Dogma should have been way better than it should have, Why the hell did they think canning MM legends 3 and universe was a good idea especially after the outcry from fans (and having the nerve to blame us for not wanting it enough, made worse by the fact the guy who normally makes the blue bombers games for them offered to take over the Legends 3 project and they outright told him no), And as much as people love Monster Hunter, I don't see the appeal (Why I liked Dragon's Dogma for the good it has, one of them is no FUCKING ONLINE LAG which is why I play keep away and prefer offline games or games where the internet is involved in a minor sense, I play online occasionally CoughLeft4Dead2Cough) I just hate games that make it the whole point like MMO's (Like WOW and The Old Republic, TOR  because it's Bioware though their starting to suffer EA syndrome lately here's hoping Dragon Age 3 will be good as in better the DA origins even though anything's better than DA 2)

Someone had the nerve to tell me to except that Survival Horror games are the past and Action Horror is now (Poor Dead Space) even though a lot of survival Horror's have come out and beaten Action Horror games badly in both Reviews and sales, Hopefully people will get out of the Call of Duty Shooter game crazy (Nothing against the series it's just been falling out of grace since Modern warfare with Ghost's being a HUGE step back from some of the good Black Ops 2 might have shown)

The problem with Capcoms current ethos is they're 'trying to please everybody' in order to get new fans, this is of course at the expense of the fans they already have. Their products as a result are watered down and generic shadows of their former selves. 

They want to get the kinda of crazy sales the likes of CoD are getting and they're kidding them selves if they think it's going to happen. They're a venerable developers, they shouldn't be pandering after the trends like some wheezy school boy looking for acceptance, they were once trend setters, now they're meek followers, they'll never make that kind of profit or impact if they continue to follow the liner path of other developers.

They'd be having a lot more success if they just went back to making good games for the fans they already have, instead of trying to please new ones. Problem is they're afraid all their usual fan bases are getting to old for video games, which is silly as the average age of a gamer is 30.

True that, Atlus and Nintendo aided Casual modes to some of their recent games to attract new players and I think it's a good idea (Dumbasses against it don't bother to remember that it's an option not forced but they'll never learn)

CoD is dead to me cause nothing's changed, The last good one in my view was MW 2, Ghost's is the perfect example of how their not even trying anymore, counting on their multiplayer to rack in the sales, Multiplayer is good, but they have to remember not everyone want's to play online 24/7 and a game greatness is largely factor by it's single player more

Yes it is silly, They keep forgetting just like EA that those same older fans are the reason they got to where they are today. EA's worse because they never seem to learn (Refer to all the dead or dying companies under their control who use to make great games till they got their hands on them and watch how they start spewing out poor to bad games cause EA is like 4Kids they think we'll like crap or they think we're too stupid to notice irredeemable bad mistakes.

Capcom, stop and think before your next move as you use to be cool
