My entry for ^JunkbyJen 's Winter CSS Contest: [link]Because this is for a contest, no files are available for download. CSS works in Firefox, IE7, Safari 3.5 and Opera 9.5.
The highlighted link shows the hover effect and the snowflake right below it is the custom cursor.
