Now this is awesome on how much detail you got in this, and the architecture is very cool. looks like an advanced industrial age.

Love that glare!! Love all the sheen - was the brief to show the city had rain? Feels like it did...

Thanks again brand. Actually no, but the shine makes it look quite damp as you said.

I love the use of so many clear light sources; very true to city life, and surely even more expected in the future. The overall atmosphere is very well done-- seems chaotic! I like the sort of city haze hanging over everything.

Thanks pure - yes, it was quite a job getting all the lights to look convincing and not over hazed or cluttered.

Feels familiar, anyway reminds me of Blade Runner or even some Star Wars scene from the second episode. Looks 3d too, but that's top painting.

If I could digitally paint cities like this I'd throw in the towel with the 3D stuff and never waste a month of my life modelling buildings and waiting for long render times for one picture again
Excellent work, I thought it actually was 3D

Hi prit - it takes loads more work though...however, things are constantly speeding up so I am currently getting away without using 3D.
Cheers mate!

Don't hope - just do! I want to be able to do these kinds of paintings in 8 hours, like the grand masters. I am currently taking about 4 to 5 days, though that is on and off.
Thanks E-C!
