Fantastic work! I love it... especially how the salvage ships scanner lights up the hull. Excellent!

Almost reminds me of a submarine concept I saw a while back.

Can't believe whats possible with PS. I am a true neanderthal using it, compared to you. Respect!
I love how the deterioration of the big ship is visible only in the small details.

Thanks dev - it takes a heck of a lot of work though, so much longer than straightforward free hand style. All the lasso tool stuff...etc

That large ship looks like it could fit into the Halo-verse. I like the concept...well done.

A fantastic interpretation of a popular theme: discovery of a spacewreck! It certainly gets the imagination working on dozens of possible scenarios.... An abandoned war relic, drifting after some catastrophic battle... will the salvage crew ba able to bring the systems back online.......?

Exactly. It's a classic scenario.

I really like this.. There is a tension about the scene... What awaits the finders... Aliens? An A.I. with murderous intent? a cache of technology? Wonderful...

Isaac had a brother named Phil.
Phil likes exploring.
While Isaac had to deal with ships filled with undead horrors, Phil will probably end up with some more cute kittens.
It was like that when they were kids too.
As Isaac shoots off of another limb off of another horror he thinks of his lucky brother.
Isaac squeezes the trigger harder.
Looks great.

Looks like a nice place and dangerous place to explore inside, who knows what kine of tressures are inside. however at the same time, no idea how much decay the ship may have suffered. may cause a small pat of the hull to rupter on you. but I supose a salvage ship would not worry about that kind of thing.
great work on this and the canishing point serves you well. such great detail in that thing.

Excellent stuff as usual! But then, I'm a real sucker for spacewrecks
I would have liked to have seen a little more contrast and a little more of that nice metal glint effect you have going there... My preference would have been for some more obvious damage, too - but that's really my preference!
I produced a very similar image (WRT subject and perspective) about a year ago, which you can see on my site mocked-up as a book cover, or here without the text [link]
Fab stuff

Cheers - the specifics didnt require too much damage, more of an abandoned ship than one which has been attacked.
Your image is good - you have more experience than me with spacecraft, thats for sure.
