I'm not sure, but it looks like what I've seen before in some traditional art. The form is the same with the color... familiar to me. Not that I am accusing you of something... but above all I like it.

Impressive, this is a powerful and potent piece.
I feel it shows the pent up emotions of the figure being released and, through that, his renewal (just my interpretation mind). It also looks as though it would make a great cover for a punk/hardcore album! Certainly I’d judge this book by its cover and give it a read!
