Wow! This is like so weird just the other day I saved one that I found inside my job. It was injured terribly and I took it hesitantly outside. Reason being cause it's where Robins look to feed. An excellent close up!

Very funky grasshopperish insect, i have to admit im a fan of insects.. Unless they are annoying like mosquito's & such... 
To make the metaphor even more complete you could post a picture of a mosquito, mwhaha

There's a grasshopper that size sitting right above my wash machine under the fan right now. I think he's cooling off out of the rain -- didn't seem to mind me doing the wash.

That awfully resembles the grashopper that I had in my room for about a week because I was too afraid to kill it O_o But then again, I assume that grashoppers most likely all look alike anyway....

Parasites exist in the same way as insects, Jark.
In my previous job as a Head of Department at an animation studio I got to see *a whole lot of insects*, not as beautiful as grasshopers, although. This was some 5 years ago. Now they are living in a small, dark hole biting each other, while I still remain in the open sun.

Hmm...but he's a really cool insect...Not all of them are so cool. Some are very noxious and give off poisonous fumes and leave shreds of dark bug skin everywhere when they're molting... *shudder* Oh..I got carried away lol..sorry.
