I love how this cut out came off... this is like a teaser of what I am working on. I really do love the basic design here… I am painting the rest when I can …with the basic back color is done. I love SAI… it is sooo smooth.SO anyway, here is a hint of what I am working on…
April aka Udzuki 卯月 has become the turtle’s bride… or as her villagers call them, the Kappa’s… you can guess who the kappa is…
April (Udzuki) has caught the eye of a certain powerful kappa. The kappa of knowledge…aka Donatello.

I don't know if you've ever read the Mirage comic arc "Blindsight" (Tales of Leonardo) - but this "Turtle's Bride" story of yours would bridge perfectly with it. Because in it, Leo wakes in a Shinobi village (or rather his horse takes him there) and he discovers he has a human wife and daughter. In addiction to his, he learns his own turtle-kappa father disowned him, and that he was taken in and raised by the clever Rat of the Zodiac, Kubira.

Comic, Fanfic, I don't know what this is a teaser for for certain, thought it sounds like some sort of comic I really hope it is, but it's freaken AWESOME!!!! The design, the story, it's all just super cool and I can't wait to see the result of this! (If this came up twice, sorry, this stupid com freaked out. School computers, ugh, such a pain!)

The colors here blend together so well, it's beautiful. And I really like the purple inside the yellow flower (Which is still really intricate but also simple??) I could go on and on about this, it's so great! A++
