So the kind and wonderful ~Tori-the-Eevee1234 for my birthday designed a series of dresses for a few oc my OCs.
I am personally in love with the one she designed for Scarletta here. Enough so I might draw her in it often.
I love the Victorian style and how it contains her bat necklace in the collar. Its just beautiful!
Its just so simple yet elegant! It is definetly a dress worthy of befitting a lady like fair Scarletta.
