Just because a lot of people love Luna, dosen't mean she's "Best Pony". It simply means that a lot of people like her. Everyone should be the best pony, so they don't get left out?
Vinyl Scratch, Derpy Hooves, Bon Bon. Lyra. Those Characters are loved by a lot of people too. So just a lot of people like them.
