Description
I recently contributed 100 sketch cards to the new Star Wars Galaxy 5 card set. My return cards just got approved, so I'm able to show them to you guys finally. Lots of fun to work on, and I hope to work on the Star Wars characters later down the road. All characters copyright Lucasfilm LTD.

I use Faber Castell Pitt artist pens--they're permanent ink that won't fade in the sun over time. Hope that helps!

Oh, very spiffy! Second to last one's the best, of course.

Thank you! I'm an old school Star Wars fan, so it was hard to choose which moments to illustrate!

The Last Kiss of Oola... EPIC!
These all look great, Jay! I love the one of Leia taking off her Bounty Hunter disguise.

Thanks! That was one of my favorites, too! I actually drew one of Frank Oz puppeteering Yoda, but I decided against holding onto that one, since I thought the fans might like it more!

Cool! I especially like Leia's expression as she's strangling Jabba!

Very nice, Jay! The "Star Wars" nut in me is squealing with girlish fanboy delight at these- kudos!
Oh, to be Salacious Crumb's puppeteer in the third-first row panel right now

They all look really good. My favorite is the Han/Leia kiss.
Thouth I don't recognise the last one. Who is she?

That last one is Aurra Sing. You only see her for a second in Episode I where she's watching the pod race. But they use her a lot more in the Star Wars comics.

I'm not very fond of the prequels nor familiar with the comics, so I had no idea. Thanks anyway.

I'm primarily a fan of the original three movies, but there were elements of the newer trilogy that I liked, and Aurra Sing was one of them.

That's notorious bounty hunter Aurra Sing, who is apparently part of Cad Bane's posse.
